- Develope the ERP Software (OpenERP, Odoo)

- Understand customers’ requirements: Business types and Workflow

- Create report with PostgreSQL

- Open to all ages and genders

- Proficiency in advanced Python language (1 year experience in program writing) or having an experience in ERP system developing

- Ability to study Business Flow and cooperate with experts from various business fields

- Ability to study or to train Official OpenERP, Odoo Training in Functional/Technical as assigned by the company

- Ability to transmit skills and knowledges of Software development to team

- Having a good attitude about program writing and developing

- Ability to lead a developer team

- Passionate in being a programmer

- Ability to think out of box and to adapt knowledge in working
